Good points:

• Andy is a highly attentive and kind host who goes above and beyond for his guests (e.g. picking them up from the airport, offering to stop by the supermarket, providing restaurant recommendations, etc.)
• The villa is beautiful, clean, and spacious with amazing views of Athens
• The location is great with easy access to commercial areas and Athens center
• The villa has a beautiful pool and is located in a quiet neighborhood
• The villa has all the necessary amenities and is well-maintained

Bad points:

• One bathroom was in need of renovation (noted in a 2019 review)

• The positive guest experience has remained consistent over the years
