• The staff is highly praised for their hospitality, attentiveness, and excellent food preparation

Good points:

• Spacious villa with multiple rooms, each having its own bathroom
• Beautiful ocean view and location near a semi-private beach
• Heated pool and outdoor seating area
• Excellent staff including Pancho (houseman), Angel (chef), and Francis (housekeeper) who are described as kind, accommodating, and attentive
• Extensive menu for meals prepared by the chef
• Close proximity to Old Vallarta with shops, restaurants, and bars
• Uber and taxis are easily accessible

Bad points:

• The road to the villa is steep and rocky, making it difficult for Ubers to turn around
• Some furniture could use updating
• Some appliances such as fans, hot water heaters, and air conditioners did not always work
• Cameras were found in the rooms next to the beds, which were not mentioned anywhere or by anyone
